Silverson In-Line High Shear Mixer
All sizes 5 gpm to 500 gpm with interchangeable disintegrating heads, Model LS, UHS, and UHSHV. Ideal for high shear deagglomeration and reducing particle size to down to 1 to 5 micron.
Silverson Laboratory Mixer, Model L5MA
Ideal to mix test batch and for formulation development. The L5MA has many different size and design mixing heads. The L5MA has a digital tachometer, run timer and amperage digital readout. The unit is also supplied with a push button up and down feature. Used to mix 10 ml to 20 liter test batches.
Silverson Batch Mixer
Sizing from small batches to large batches, designed with a wide selection of interchangeable heads. Ideal for high shear deagglomeration and reducing particle size to down to 1 to 5 micron. Shown with a Silverson Portable Lift stand for easy use in multiple tanks. Batch sizes from 5 gallon to 2000 gallon.
Silverson FMX Series
Ideal for powder introduction into a liquid steam. This unit is designed to introduce the powder into a liquid steam and is immediately incorporated into the Silverson work head deagglomerating the powder into the liquid steam. This unit can then be used to recirculate the thick liquid or to pump the viscose product to the packaging machine. This machine will handle up to 25,000 CPS product without the need of a positive displacement pump.
Solutions to Rapid Mixing (S.T.O.R.M.)
Pictured is a G.C. Solutions, Solutions To Rapid Mixing, “STORM” System, utilizing a Lee Kettle with a scraped surface agitator, anchor style, with a Brawn Mixer and a Silverson Mixer installed. This arrangement provides maximum mixing in the kettle without the potential of cross contamination from multi-shaft sealed arrangement.
